For those that were shelf paid or have an excess of 7.5% med expences (includeing air fare/gas/prescriptions..out of pocket expences) of there adjusted total income.

Insurance didn't pay for my Lap band placement surgery, I paid cash.

Me too Vera. I've got everything together so I will send my appeal in this week. So I "shelf paid" and didn't even know it. I never heard the expression before.

It was supposed to read SELF-pay. Vera is tired.
