Does 370 Per Fill Seem Expensive?

My insurance wont pay for fills and my Dr charges 370 for first fill 370 for second fill and 265 for any fill after that....my friends Dr only charges 200

What is normal?

I believe my fills are $75 with insurance paying part of that. No fluroscope- I can feel the port for myself and it has never taken the doc more than a single stick to get the job done.
