I thought it would be helpful if we shared our best recipes for weight loss. I know that my surgeons office recommends having at least 5 to 6 Protein Shake recipes that you like. I have only just experimented with four. Three of which I like. Also if you find RTD Protein Shakes that actually taste good, I would love to know which ones they are.

Here is my favorite Protein shake recipe so far :)

OMG chocolate banana shake

One scoop Jay Robb chocolate Protein Powder

1/2 C. vanilla greek yogurt

1/2 to 1 C. skim milk

1/2 banana

Put all ingredients together and blend. Depending on how much skim milk you use it has about 350 calories and 41 grams of protein. I love it and do not feel deprived drinking it. It tastes very similar to my favorite malt Chocolate Banana from Ruby's.

Sounds yummy. I've also heard that after surgery you need to make sure you get your Protein in and you may need to sip your shake throughout the day to get down. Hard to believe that could be possible. I downed my tonight.

Change is in the air.

Keep those recipes coming!
