Is doing good. She is in recovery now. Her hubby said all went well they were able to put it back where the old one was. They did see the holes where there was a little leak. As of right now since Gary hasn't seen her he thinks they were able to do it the normal way no opening. So that is good. If I hear more I will post it here.

Thanks Kim, glad to hear Diane is out of surgery. Dr. V would have been in trouble if he couldn't put her band back...Diane is so fiesty she might have refused to leave the hospital till he did. LOL

Ok just spoke w/ here and she hasn't seen any naked men this time. She was a little bummed about that. haha...really she is doing good. She said it seems to be a little rougher this time but I am sure knowing what to expect doesn't help. I don't think they have her on a lot of drugs time becuase she could actually talk to me. Gotta love her...

She said to tell everyone hello!!!

Awesome news! I am so glad she is doing good. Keep on truckin' girl, you are going to do great. Hope you get to feeling better soon. If you need to talk give me a call.

Angie

Congratulations Dianne! We knew you could do it! Let your Lap Band journey continue!

I'm glad you did well. I will be thinking of you and your recovery.

Your very brave to undertake this a second time. I will do anything once but i don't know about twice.

Counting until Midnight...

I'm home! Hi gang, I'm home got home around 11 today. Second time around is much harder. The surgery was 2 1/2 hours and he had to do a lot more than last time so that's why it was much hard. I had some oxygen problems nothing major just had to have abuterol treatments every 6 hours and use the oxygen all of Tuesday and Wednesday. Then I got some kind of an allergic reaction to something. Not sure what that was but they took me off morphine and onto demurral. Gave me some benydrl and the bumps left for a while. Bumps came back in the morning so I got more benadryl and more nap time.

Sorry I missed the calls I had the cell phone on and off, and I still haven't checked the messages.

Well thanks for your thoughts and prayers, it's nap time.:notagree

BTW Demoral cacked me up! My girlfriend came to see me and I got the major giggles! My mouth was so dry that I couldn't talk without my lips or tougne getting stuck. And then I couldn't stop laughing. She was afraid they were gonna kick us out.

So no naked movie star but a real good laugh.

Love you guys

So glad to hear you are back and doing well. Sorry to hear about the breathing problems and the dry mouth. That isnt fun. Let me know if you need anything. Keep us posted girl!!!
