Excited!! Lap Band On Jan 5, 2012

Hello all fellow January Bandsters! My surgery is Jan 5, just two days away! I am so excited to start my new life post surgery. I am a little nervous about the surgery, in particular the anesthia and not throwing up afterwards.

I am excited to be starting this journey with all of you!

I had bad vomiting after a surpery - since then I tell the anesthsia doc and get zofran during surgery...and as someone who recovers people after surgery - few vomit. You just gotta not rush the whole oral intake thig (you will be soooo parched) Good luck...I just had mine done Dec 30th!

Hi...my surgery is also Jan. 5th! I can't believe it's so close. I've never been in the hospital before and I am really nervous but also excited about finally getting rid of all my excess weight. 2012 is going to be a GREAT YEAR!!! Good luck to you!
