Fill - Birmingham

Hello Everyone, not posted on the site for such a long time. Really pleased that everyone is doing so well. It's now 16 month since I had my band fitted, no regrets what so ever, lost 7.5 stone fantastic. I have just booked an appointment for a fill at Birmingham 6th Jan, does anybody know the address only I usually go to Belgium (Dr Chris), thought I would try Birmingham this time.
