Hi all y'all,

I live near downtown Dallas and looking for a great surgeon in the Dallas area. With a good staff. Good follow-up care. Good support. I am a high risk case so I need the best. I've met 3 drs. so far, but noone has the right combination I'm looking for. Right now the dr's I'm considering are Cribbens, Hamm and Rodriquez.

If you have any recommendations, please let me know.

I was going to use Dr Louis Fox at True Results in Richardson, the only reason for my change to Dr Robert Snow is that he does the Plication with the Gastric Banding.....

Not in the Dallas area, but I had my surgery with Dr. Joaquin Rodriguez here in Temple and their surgery center is a "center of excellence". I had a great experience..may be worth checking out!

Thanks, Amanda. That's a little too far for me. I have a doc that's 35 miles away, but I want someone closer. Every doc I've seen is at a Center of Excellence -- that's very important, I agree. I'm glad you had a good experience and are doing so well in your weight loss. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for commenting. I like Dr, Fox a lot. The only reason I didn't pursue it is because he's very strict. He has the best stats in his practice because of that. But I'm looking for a doc that takes a lighter approach.
