Sweet spot Question

Once you reach your sweet spot, do you not go back to the doctor for a fill? Or do you remain at the same fill level until you stop losing weight?:faint:

Well technically there is no "sweet Spot". Its just when a bandster finally figures out how to work w/their bands & their restriction level is not overwelming. The ideal is to lose at least 1pd per week or more.

If they are doing this they probably(like me) won't go in for more of a fill till this process stopped. HOWEVER- for nearly 5 mnths I had zero weight loss or more like loss 3 / gain 3 - back & forth. During this time I had more & less of fills. But in the end I actually had a little less of a fill than previous & started working better w/the band & the weight slowly started to come off.

I always think in my head I want more restriction but know that the battle is more about what can I do rather than what my band can do. Hope that anwers your question.
