I guess you would say that this is a YeeeeeeHaw! kind of day. Joy went to work and slipped into the doctor's office next door for her weekly weigh in (two weeks post first fill). I had thought of telling her that she should set 275 as a first goal/mini-goal. Well, that got shot to heck in a handbasket. She's already down to 271!!!! :cool: WOOOHOOOOOOOO!!! :Banane44:That's a total of 30 lbs gone for good! :youcandothis:You gotta love it!

As she was making her way out of the doctor's office, who should she run in to but the old doctor, himself. "Were you looking for me, ma'am?" No, just came for a weigh-in. As she slipped back in to her offices, she went to the bathroom, closed the door and did THE HAPPY DANCE.:whoo: None of the ladies in her office know of her band and she just had to let a little bit of it out....
