I have fallen off track. i can eat junk food like it is going out of style but i cannot tolerate meat. HELP

I have trouble with meat myself, especially if they are overcooked and dry. Sometimes you have to go back to the beginning of your post op diets and start over to remind yourself what you went through to get here. but if you want to snack, I was at Walgreens the other day and I seen a selection of high protein snacks. I didn't try any but they sure looked good. Good Luck on figuring it out.

hi ive fallen off wagon as well,i can eat lollies, cheese and biscuits lots of stuff i shouldnt but struggle with a simple small can of tuna,i had surgery oct 12 have no idea how much fill i have but are due to see doctor friday so hopefully he might answer some questions.i think maybe i should have got my mouth glued shut! lets try to get back on trac
