Yes, I have a pre-op appointment at my surgeon's office, and I will most likely get my surgery date. Not sure if I want to get my surgery done right away or wait until after all the stress of the holidays are over. I have a lot of running around to do as it is, and come the end of November, it's at least doubled. Decisions, decisions......

If you are using insurance and if there is any chance that your policy may change on Jan 1, 2012, I would get the surgery done as soon as you can. Many companies are looking for ways to save money on health insurance costs and deleting coverage for WLS is one of the most common cost savers.
