Don't forget your slippers and PJs, you don't want to walk down the hall in a hospital gown.

You'll need chewable vitamins w/iron, vitamin B12 dots, calcium citrate/w C, but you should

know all this, don't you?

The opti-fast can be a challenge. Stick to the shakes the bars and soups are a little challenging. Try fruit blended in it helps. Try to stick to it even if you are finding it hard it will only help with your surgery.

Best of luck. Recovery will help with weightloss because eating is the last thing on your mind.

Hope all goes well :)
