Feeling crapy

I went to the.dr. Today and i have put on 3lbs. That madr mefeel like i cant even describe it but it hurt so i have to have a second adjustment.

As my Mom always said, this too shall pass. I have done the same as you. But I started a new day, readjusted my thinking, concentrated on getting 80 grams of Protein a day (to keep the hunger feelings at bay), and I felt better, way more positive. Those few extra lbs eventually came off, and I got back on track. This is a long and mostly super rewarding journey. Super good luck to you.
