Anyone else self sabotage????

Hi everyone...

I was banded in Fed 2008. I had great success and lost about 90 pounds the first year....I am still however at the same spot...I have noticed a CRAZY pattern. Although I have not gained my weigh back I constantly fight with 20 pounds. I will get about 2-5 pounds from "onderland" then I will gain 10-15. I know I am sabotaging myself and I am working to try to figure out why. I am exercising a lot now and I that is helping in multiple areas...anyone else go through this??? What did you do...how did you break through the mind set of not being the "fat" girl anymore?

I feel your pain! I was banded the same year as you and also did great the first year. 115 pounds. In the past 2 years I have lost another 30, but actually 10 of that was the skin that was removed in my TT. So, technically, I only lost 20 in 2 years. I continue to struggle with the last 20 pounds. I've had a pretty hectic summer and now that things have settled back down hopefully I can figure it out and get it done. My plan is to act like I just had surgery and start from the beginning with the liquid diet and see what happens. Good luck. If you figure it out please let me know and I'll do the same!
