3weeks post op

Need to know what proteins besides meat I can eat now I'm 3 weeks post op and I can eat 5 to 6 oz. Of protein 3x a day any suggestions?

    I eat egg's tuna ,chopped chicken, hummus mince beef. Like we say chew well.
