Frustrated

I go and see my surgeon in 10 days and im sooo frustrated! It will be 2 months since last visit, tightened band way tight cuz i have a hard time with food, excercise when i c an cuz im so busy with kids and work, been eating under 1300 calories and i keep flucatating between a loss of 3-8 lbs, my surgeon will be disapointed if i come in and have only lost 3 lbs in 2 months anfter tightening it so tight! Is it water weight or hormones, but yet inches are falling off cuz clothes are big and everyday someone notices....can someone just cheer me up or tell me what im doing wrong! All i eat is fruit, veggies, meat.etc no carbs like bread and what not. I know i need to exercise more...i know that!!!

You are doing an excellent job! Keep it up. I know it's hard because that's your Dr and you should be listening to them and following whatever they say. I was banded 6/17 and I have yet to start exercising! I have a 16 month old and of course I work full time so I know how you feel. I have lost 28lbs so far so I guess I'm doing something right. So are you. Keep up the great work!:)
