I havent been band yet, im actually still waiting for my 1st consultation on august 19th. i have heard that my surgeon doesnt make you do the liquid diet but makes me lose 10% of your body fat b4 you can get operated..he would like to see that you r commited or else he wont operate..

i would like to know what Protein shakes you use and where do you purchase them???...idd like to give myself a boost to lose weight..

Hey, I love Atkins Advantage Cafe Caramel or vanilla. (There are other flavors also) I buy them from WalMart for $5.68 for 4 pack. Good Luck!
