Pressure Cooker?

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has used a pressure cooker to help tenderize meat? I haven't used one in years (and sold mine at a garage sale :blink:) but I see them on sale from time to time.

    I have one I got off QVC a couple of years ago and I'm gonna cook meat in it because it does cook meat tender and fast. I am 3 weeks post op and I will be eating full proteins in about a week and I will be pressure cooking different things. I love that pressure cooker by the way it's electric..

    We have an inexpesive one that we purchased in a department store. It works great for meat and beans, too.
