Reflux??

Bandsters - I have been banded for about 3 yrs and lately I've noticed that some nights I wake up like I'm choking on something but it's not in my throat it's like it's in my lungs. I cough and cough and it burns like when something goes down the "wrong pipe". Has anyone else ever had this?
