I EAT 12-1500 DAILY AND IT SEEMS LIKE THAT IS A LOT FOR A BANDSTER

    I eat about 1200 calories a day, I have been banded for about a year and a half and have lost 85 pounds. I'm kinda in the same boat, I feel like I'm eating too much but either way my weight loss has stalled. My doctor always said to eat between 1200-1400 calories a day. Hope this helps! :rolleyes:
