Do you think that having been in TOP's (take off pounds sensibly) weight loss support group - off and on for the last 40 years would qualify as a prior attemp to loose weight? I could (maybe) contact their hd qtrs for registration information which would proove my membership. I don't know if all the weekly records still exist as - my chapter disbanded a few years ago.
