Almost 1 year post lap band surgery

I was banded on 8/27/10 and I have lost a total of 38 lbs. I have been stuck between the last 3 to 5 lbs for months. I have had fills which are either too loose or too tight. What should I be looking for? What does the "sweet spot" feel like? Has anyone else experienced this? I am so frustrated! After dieting all my life, I feel like I am failing again! Anyone have any suggestions? Scheduled for another fill in 2 weeks.

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time! My understanding of the sweet spot is you are "full" (really, satisfied, not stuffed) on a small amount of food and stay satisfied for 4-5 hours.

I'm sorry your weight loss has stalled. Are you tracking calories? Protein? Exercising? Getting all your water in?
