Down 30 pounds since surgery!

Well technically, 30.5 laugh.gif I was banded April 12th. I'm so excited! Had my 3rd fill Thursday... I'm still not sure that I'm really feeling any "restriction" but at this point, just the action of constantly eating smaller portions and focusing on protein is really helping me to lose. And I've been exercising a lot more than I ever did before, that's for sure!

Congratulations! I was banded on May 26th and am down 12.6 lbs. I didn't get a fill on Thursday since I have had a good weight loss and don't feel hungry again for at least 4-5 hours. I don't think I have real restriction, but am not worried about it. As long as I am not hungry all the time and losing I am happy. I am doing Water aerobic for an hour 3 times a week, from doing NO excercise.

Keep up the good work!

The term "restriction" is a misnomer- the ideal spot is where you can eat a cup(ish) of food and feel full for 4-5 hours. Sounds like you're pretty much there, congrats!

congrats!!!!!!!!! your an inspiration!!
