Hi -
I was banded on may 31, 2011. I have a Realize Band (I don't know if that matters). I started at 320 lbs on the day of surgery (also my high weight). I have lost 20 lbs in the past 3 weeks. I would like to get to around 160. This is the highest weight I could be at and be in the "normal" BMI category.
Things are going well- I just started solid foods this weekend . I'm scheduled for my first fill on Weds.
I am a professional working mother of 3 small kids (ages 6, 4, and almost 2). My husband is very supportive and is a stay-at-home-day. We live in Asbury Park, NJ.
I think it would help me tremendously to have a buddy - especially one who lived nearby, but not necessarily. I have TONS of questions, worries, wonders, etc.
Please contact me if you think you'd like to mentor me. Thanks in advance!!
peace, nora
