Depends what I'm hungry for that day. I use chocolate powder, peanut butter and banana. I've used fresh and frozen berries or peaches with either chocolate or vanilla and sometimes I toss in SF pudding or flavoring. It really comes down to how adventurous I'm feeling.

Peanut Butter here too! I've also been known to add a splash of flavored creamer to change it up a bit. But I'm not fancy so I don't have a lot of suggestions ;)

I really want to buy this product- it sounds great for shakes. http://www4.netrition.com/bell_plantation_pb2.html

I found this great stuff...powdered Peanut Butter. It's called PB2, you can only order it online. Try Lindasdietdelites.com, they have it for $3.99. It has about 80% less fat, sugar and calories per serving. It tastes great and you can you it for lots of recipes including in shakes.

Hi Rachel,

THANKS for the reply! What base do you use to start out?

Isopure vanilla or chocolate. They are pretty nasty if you drink them plain (I have to at least add Splenda). I use one half scoop to 8 oz milk then start adding stuff. I also like Inspire protein powders from Bariatric Eating. I love their Dutch Chocolate Cake and Apple Pie. I don't have to add anything but I do have to make sure I mix it up right (I sometimes get lumps). I bought the sample packs to try and find which ones I liked the best.
