WHY DO ONLY THE BAD/CRUNCHY STUFF GOES DOWN?

I have tried to keep it healthy and choose wisely; however, it seems like only bad foods can be ingested: IE: Chips, Cookies, Peanuts, Bread, fried stuff and stuff like that, I can't eat veggies or fruit and well done meats at any given time. Once in a while I can, but 95% of the time I can't. Does anyone else have this problem? Just to clarify, I have a small band (4cc) and I only have 2.3cc in, which has been great. I have lost about 40 lbs of the 60 I want to lose.I am just somehow afraid that instead of helping myself, It will harm considering what I am able to eat.

If these are the only foods that you can get down then you are too tight. You should get some fill removed so that you can eat healthily as otherwise you will end up putting weight back on

But well done meats are a problem and you should not expect to be able to get them down with a band. Tough, dry, overcooked meat doesn't work. Lean, tender, juicy, succulent meat should work. Choose moist cooking methods over dry cooking methods. Slowcooking works far better than grilling etc.

Yep, sounds like you're too tight.

Definitely too tight!

Sounds like you are too tight. If you can't get down healthy food, then you need a slight unfill.

Here's one way to look at it-- what good is losing weight if you're still basing the bulk of your diet on food that does not meet nutritional needs and frankly, puts you at risk for heart disease? Thin people with poor diets have heart attacks too. It's not all about the number on the scale.
