I'm wanting a Tummy tuck and breast lift/implants. Depending on the recovery time I can do it either in January 2012 or in May 2012. I still have 20 pounds or so to lose first but when should I start the process of finding a surgeon? I need to know what all is involved in the procedures, recovery and costs.

I started getting consults in August 2010, had a total of 5 consults and had the actual surgery on December 22, 2010. As long as you're w/n 20 pounds of your goal weight I say go for it - start calling and scheduling your consults.
