Drink lots and lots and lots of Water. Whenever you feel hungry drink water. Keep ice water with you at all times. My big time to eat was in the car I have found that it's easier to get through my cravings as long as I have something around to drink. Keep yourself distracted. I have found myself watching less and less tv over the last two weeks be cause I get bored when I get bored I want to eat. Go for a walk read a book do anything but open the fridge. Also put yourself on a schedule for your shakes. I have my shakes at 8:30 11:00 3:30 and 7:00. this is what works for my schedule. If you know you are not going to be home when one of your shakes is due grab the stuff to make it on the go. I have found that the travel containers for baby formula work very well for Protein powder and that there is nothing on earth that can beat a Blender Bottle for on the go shakes. I have done very very well using this I am on day 11 and I haven't cheated. Have I been tempted? YES Have I wanted to cheat? YES but I know that if I cannot follow this diet now I will not be able to follow the rest of the changes that have to come after the band. You can do this it's mind over matter at this point. You can! You can! You can!
