I was wanting to do a self prescribed diet, but everybody is so different on this forum some did not even have a diet. My bmi is only around 36, but I was wanting to do this to be safe during the surgery. I only eat 2 meals a day now being a college student/ worker I only eat around noon than eat around 7 or so. Never been a breakfast person, so i was thinking about doing protein shakes and one lean meal.
Can someone give me the details of the total carbs I should have a day, and calories?
Or give me a outline of what your diet looks like.
I'm going to go full liquid protein shakes two days before my surgery.
I started drinking a protein shake just now with Starbucks instant iced coffee mixed in and it tastes like a frap! Its soo good!
