Once past the post-op stage I'm supposed to get my calories and protein from food, not shakes. BUT. Since many people are tight in the morning, I was told if I didn't feel like I wanted to or could eat for breakfast, a protein drink was acceptable.

    Ok, Thanks! I hate eating in the mornings, no wait, I hate the mornings lol. Adding another chore to do in the mornings like eat hasn't been easy.
