Just 2 Days Out From Surgery

Hi all, I'm just 2 days out from surgery and feel like death! I've vomited 3 times today. Maybe nerves, maybe just having liquids on my stomach. Dropped into my PCP's office and he didn't think it was a virus. Phoned my Surgeon's office and they seemed to think it's just nerves too. Tomorrow starts clear liquids only and I'm already feeling fatigued. Any suggestions?
