Before your 1st fill...

Hey guys,

I'm about 3.5 weeks post surgery, and the swelling has gone down. I have very little restriction anymore, and am waiting for my 1st fill at the end of the month. I've lost 15 pounds, but the majority of that was the pre-surgery diet. I talked to my surgeon and he asked me if I was sticking with a "half-cup diet". I haven't really been, but I am not eating much more than that, and stop eating as soon as I feel full.

Am I doing something wrong? should I just choose to stick to half-cup portions even now?

Thanks.

I stuck to the full cup diet, lol. I think I've lost plenty. I do think it's a bit more important to listen to your body than to follow rules like that but I wouldnt eat any more than a cup.
