First Fill - Calorie intake???

Ive been banded 5 weeks (April 12th) and got my first fill yesterday! 3cc in a 11cc band.

Im super excited because the last two weeks I felt my appetite start to rev up due to the swelling going down. I have been averaging 1 Kilo / 2.5 lbs a week (total 14llbs lost thus far) but the last week only went down a .5kilo - started to feel disappointment

i KNOW I KNOW - I shouldnt considering I will hit many plateaus and what not - but I am very critical of myself

Main thing I want to know - with the fill im going to eat less - so how do I get my CALORIE to make sure I do not go into starvation mode and stall on weight loss?

Any suggestions for this stage with the 1st fill?

Any suggestions would be great!

Also - Im cleared to workout as well - so starting swimming and light cardio.. any suggestions?

You'll learn if this fill has done you any good by eating what you'd normally eat, but paying close attention to how you're feeling as you eat. If you're only able to eat 4 or 5 bites, well... Make sure those bites count!

Btw we are on the same schedule! Surgery and first fills on the same day!
