Infection

I am wondering about other experiences with infection of a lap band. Mine seemed to take along time to surface, but was extremely scary and costly. The surgeon denies that it was from the procedure, but I, and a few other doctors, know that it was. I am considering suing, and want to know if anyone else has done so successfully. Please comment!
