Looking for a buddy

So, I am going to try not to bore you all to death and give you the short version of my story... :)

March 2009, surgery lost about 25 lbs right away then it slowed down, mostly my fault

Sept 2009 - DH was diagnosed with cancer and we proceeded with months of chemo before he was finally in remission. I was totally not taking care of myself during this time, I was run ragged.

Jan 2010 - insurance changed - Dr doesn't take BCBS

March 2010 - I got pregnant with our third child with the miracle of fertility treatments

December had baby

So now I am about 189, I started at 206 the day of surgery. I haven't been to my doctor in like 14 months and I have an appt on Friday for a fill - not sure what my insurance is going to cover, hopefully some since the fill is $150 and my doc only doesn't 1/2 cc at a time.

I am so far off track it isn't even funny. I don't watch what I eat at all, I can eat a ton and I'm tired of being this size. I get stuck often from eating too fast and too big of bites. This is where i am at at the moment - I need help and support getting back on track. I honestly don't even remember any of the rules on how to eat properly!!

So looking forward to working with some people to help me in my journey (and maybe I can help you too!! lol)

Thanks for making it to the end!

Hey Hot Momma!

I'd love to help any way I can!!! I think at this point the first step is going to get a fill again! That will help a lot, and I think the 2nd thing would be is maybe try and stick to the pre op diet. Protein, Veggies, No Bread diet to start. If you have any questions just ask!!

Fantastic direction to send me in. I honestly didn't really know where to start. I am sure there are some recipes and ideas I can look up here :)

I will take all the help I can get. I am ready to do this :)
