Help with Pre-Surgery Struggle

Hi all, I started my liquid diet on Tuesday and am scheduled for my band on Wednesday 4/17. I'm struggling a bit with the liquids - getting headaches, feeling a little lightheaded at times. Does anyone have tips that might help me?
