I lost 18lbs on my 10 day pre-op liquid diet..and only 12lbs after surgery on march 23rd..so a total of 30lbs..not sure if i should count the pre surgery weight, but i feel great..this last week i have stayed the same, no weight lose, so im so ready for my fill..i go in for my first fill on may 4th..i cant wait!! :)

10 lbs pre-op and 14 lbs after. Total of 24. I have been so busy with the kids, doctors office and school with kids.

I seem to get up and running and forget to take a shake or myoplex bar with me. So disappointed with myself.

I was banded March 30, 2011. I lost 10 lbs on the medifast diet two weeks before surgery. Checked out of the hospital the next day up 7 lbs! I have now lost those 7 lbs and another 11. I did have a really bad weekend and ate too many carbs over Easter and went up 3 lbs. Now back on track trying to follow the diet and had my first fill of 1cc yesterday. I was so excited to get my fill!
