first fill

Hi,Just a bit confused ive just had my first fill 3 weeks after my surgery because i was still able to eat alot and hungry all the time.

The docotr said i have a 6ml band and during surgery they had already put 4 ml in. the docotr even added another 1ml so total im already at 5 mls and only in my first month of having the band, im worried that there is not going to be any room for future fills. what is the point of putting a 6 mill band in during suregry ? its seems to me that i would have all my fills within 6 months oh having the band and then what do i do when i cant add anymore and i still havent lost all my weight.

Can someonw please explain this to me ?
