I had my first fill 3days ago i dont feel any difference except that i more or less can eat more than beforer. iI think i might be confused, she put 4cc in my 11.5cc Realize band. Calculating what might have left back in the tubing i might possible have 3cc to be realistic. Before i got my fill i believe i had restrictions. The only good thing i am sticking to my one cup and low carb. What should i feel someone please tell me.

I was told that you might not feel any change with your first fill. It generally takes about 3 fills to get to your "sweet spot" according to my doctor. Hope this helps. I just had my first fill on Thurs and did not feel much change either.
