Self Pay Financing options.....any recommendations?

I will be a self pay since my company has excluded all WLS from our policy. My surgeon is willing to adjust the price for that reason, however I still will need to finance the surgery. I was wondering who people have gone through that offers good low finance rates? I live in Illinois, not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks for any help offered.
