Breast implants After Lap Band

I am to be banded in 2 weeks. I also just found out my breast implants have to be removed and replaced. Just wondering if anyone had breast implants soon after banding? And if so how long did you wait after being banded?

I need to get my implants replaced pretty quickly due to probably leak.
