Is this pain band related?

Hi all,

I am having pretty moderate back pain on my left side mid-upper back, possible close to the middle of my back. Its becoming worse and radiating so I can't tell. This morning before the pain i noticed upper mid stomach pain..like dull achy pain causing nausea. Could this be related to my band? right now I feel like I am salivating excessively.. almost bubbly. I may need to go to the hospital if it gets worse.. i dont know whether to call lapband dr, or just go to regular dr.. ugh!
