I just got banded on January 21st and I'd like to start walking. I'd prefer to start mall walking at Fair Oaks Mall but I couldn't find any info about that online and I would like someone to walk with. I was thinking of starting 3 days a week. I think the mall opens at 6:30 a.m. I'm DEFINITELY not a morning person so I would be open to walking outdoors as well but my work schedule has me working 4-10 hr days so I don't leave work till after 7 pm. I am 33 and would like to lose 200 pds. I've lost about 30 since the surgery.

Hi! Congrats on your surgery. I hope things are going well. Have you had any luck finding a walking buddy? I thought about doing the same thing but ended up joining a ladies gym. I wouldn't be opposed to walking outside in addition to the gym. It's been soooo nice outside lately.
