Swallowing, First Fill~

I am on a liquid diet for 2 days, which gives no nutritional to my body!!!! I keep SWALLOWING A LOT... Is that normal, I don't think so!!!

I am not sure what you mean when you say you get no nutritional value, that doesn't sound right; what kind of liquids are you on?

In the beginning right after a fill I would feel a pressure in my esophagus which made me want to swallow. As the swelling goes down, that pressure is relieved. It is when you can't swallow that you should worry.

Drinking protein shakes is great nutrition. I like walmarts Eas soy protein w/ 1/2 banana, 5 ice cubes, and 8 oz skim milk!-350 calories, 30 g protein per shake!
