Pain in stomach area

Int stomach area is sore to the touch, I am nauseous and was very constipated I drank the magnesium drink and that is helping a bit and my band feels super tight. I am sooooo uncomfortable I can't stand it, it is my time of the month. Any suggestions? I did overeat on Fri. Could that have done this?

I am experiencing the same problem as you. For about the passt 2-3 weeks I have been constipated. I have tried everything that normally works to help that, but no relief yet. I have increased my working out & excercise the past month and I am getting sharp pains in my stomach area. I haven't been over-eating, so I am not sure what's going on. I am going to schedule an appt ASAP. I'm hoping it's not related to the LB.

My pain is still there but its not as bad I am sticking to mushies this week to see if that helps and as for the constipation for magnesium bottle took care of that portion just fine. Let me know how you make out at the dr.
