Hi there was wonderng if anyone can please help me, i know everyone is different, but have only been banded for 4 days now and feeling sooo hungry that sometimes it makes me feel very nauseous ive been told fluid for 2 weeks so im having clear soups and jelly but then someone else said i could have scrambled eggs if i felt like i needed them...im confused please help

You need to get in Protein. I used Muscle Milk, Slim-Fast and a supplement that tasted gross, but really worked. It was called Protein Bullet.
