question about how much I should eat.

Hi There:

I am new to this whole process. I got banded on February 11th. My question is how big of bites should I be taking and how long should I be waitig between bites. My doctor told me to take dime sized bites and wait 40 seconds to take another one. I am doing that but it is taking me so long to eat.

    The size is right.... I'd say maybe 15 sec to 20 between bites. (that's what I do)
