Help!

ok, i posted a few days ago that i finally feel restriction. i ate a little chicken and it is stuck and it is hurting like heck. it won't go dow or come back up. Do i just wait? Is there a way to help it go down?

Occasionally when this happens to me, I just lean over the toilet & it comes up. I know gross! But it doesn't hurt or anything like that & it is instant relief! I don't gag myself or anything, it just comes up. I think I have had to do it twice.

I dont have any fills yet but would a little water help, I bet you tried that alre:( ady. I hope you get results and relief soon.
