STRUGGLING & DISAPPOINTED

I was banded on 24th of Oct 2010 and only lost about 11lbs is anyone else the same, i am eating half if not less portions so not sure whats going on,

I have had 2 fills and finding it difficulties with most foods unless mashed or yoghurt type things.

any feedback or info would be very much apprieciated.

I am so sorry to hear things are not going well.

But hang in there , it will get better.

I also got banded last October and so far going well , but I take it day by day.

Make sure you are having enough calories , I would say around 1000 a day and drink plenty of water.I started dropping the pounds when I started drinking water.

If that still does not work... talk to your doc.

thank you for replying I have to say i dont drink much water but drink loads of squash so will give it a try x x x
