Miralax, baby! Miralax! It's the best! :D

It's very typical to be constipated at this stage. Try the Miralax, you will be pleasantly surprised, but not too surprised if you know what I mean.

I used senna leaf extract and DSS - both come as liquids but are very unpleasant tasting. I used 2 teaspoons twice a day until it had the desired effect. (that only was one day - it worked in about 12 hours), then used 1 teaspoon of each twice a day as long as I took the Lortab. I'm off all the meds now and still going strong, if you know what I mean!

I second the recommendation for Miralax -- it's a lifesaver. When I had my twins and was recovering from a c-section, my doctor had my try it. Very gentle on your system, and it was completely tasteless when dissolved in water. :)

Benefiber tablets baby. I chew 3 a day, they taste great and keep me regular. I was miserable before someone turned me onto them.

I will try them. I have tried everything else that has been suggested. Benefiber is going to be my next remedy.

Thanks everyone!
